Yummy! I cut up a pineapple a few days ago but didnt eat much. I needed some quick uses for it before the rest went bad. Thank God for this simple, delicious recipe! My boyfriend and I loved it! Unlike other reviewers, I didn't have much pulp left. Maybe I over blended it? I just ended up with a little foam on top - which i skimmed off before cholling it in thr frige. Either way, this was delicious. Thanks!
