Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend

2 cups pasta shells, medium size, cooked

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half

2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

3 oz. low fat ricotta cheese

Directions

  1. Low-Sodium Recipe
  2. 1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.
  3. 2. Sprinkle cherry tomatoes with 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend.
  4. 3. Cook for 30 minutes or until tomatoes are soft.
  5. 4. Toss with remaining ingredients.
