Chili-tini

Ingredients

1 lime, juiced

5 ounces gin

1 ounce dry vermouth

15 drops favorite chili or hot sauce

Directions

  1. Brush 5 martini glasses with half lime juice and freeze.
  2. Shake the gin and vermouth with ice in a shaker. Get glasses out of freezer or empty ice out of glasses. Pour a few drops of hot sauce into the bottom of each martini glass. Pour gin mixture into the glasses.
  3. Stir very lightly and serve.

I love lime drinks and this one is great! With just a little kick of Tabasco it becomes something different from the mundane drinks of the summer and so refreshing. I will definitely serve this to guests.
