Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 pint hazelnut gelato
4 biscotti
1 to 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Directions
- Warm the milk for about 30 to 40 seconds in the microwave. Foam the milk with a drink foamer. Place 1 large scoop of gelato in each of 4 cups. Place biscotti in cup with gelato. Top with foamed warm milk, and dust top of sundae with cocoa powder.
- This dessert is wonderful when served with homemade espresso poured on top.
