Ingredients

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

1/2 cup advocaat, an egg based yellow drink

Directions

  1. Put the cream and advocaat in a bowl. Using an electric whisk, whip until thick but still soft. Serve with a holiday hotcake, or indeed any festive pudding.

It's bad enough that people will rate recipes they've never even made ("Looks yummy - must try it") or haven't actually made according to the recipe ("Didn't have puff pastry so substituted tomato soup") but now people are applying star ratings on the basis of whether it was the recipe they are looking for?? ("Couldn't get the wax out of my ears therefore will give this unrelated recipe a bad rating"). Of COURSE she said "Advocaat" -- that's what this recipe says. What is WRONG with you people?
