6 large russet potatoes, peeled or not, as you like
3 tablespoons olive oil

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Oil two baking sheets with 1 tablespoon of olive oil each. Slice the potatoes into 1/2 inch wide by 1/4 inch thick fries. In a large.
