Made this last night for a dinner party dessert. I used five fresh, peeled peaches sliced on the thinner side with approx. 2T added sugar and 1t added cinnamon. I followed the topping recipe as written and cooked for exactly 40 minutes. Served it with vanilla ice cream. It's hard to find the words to describe exactly how delicious this is. Please give it a try.... You'll love it!
