Ingredients

2 tablespoons natural, unsweetened peanut butter

1 light, whole-grain English muffin, toasted

1 strawberry, diced

1/2 banana, sliced

1 tablespoon honey

Directions

  1. Spread the peanut butter onto the muffin and top with the strawberry and banana slices. Drizzle the honey on top and close the sandwich. Take a bite and enjoy.
