Peanut Butter Power Balls

Ingredients

1 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter

1 cup powdered milk

1 1/4-cup confectioner's sugar

1 cup honey

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Roll batter into one-inch balls and set on waxed paper. Refrigerate until firm and roll them in your favorite topping such as, shredded coconut, granola, chocolate chips, and/or chopped almonds.
