Pineapple Chicarita

Ingredients
1.7 ounces tequila blanco reposado, preferably Santo
1.1 ounces lemon juice
1 tablespoon agave
1 ounce pineapple juice
Ice
1 pineapple slice, optional
Freshly cracked black pepper
Directions
- Combine the tequila, lemon juice, agave, pineapple juice and ice in a mixer and shake well. Serve in a glass with ice, garnished with the pineapple slice if using and a few grinds of black pepper.
