Pisco Sour

Ingredients
1 cup Pisco
4 teaspoons sugar
Juice of 2 lemons or limes
1 egg white
Crushed ice
Lemon or lime slices for garnish
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker; shake well. Serve in 4 ounce cocktail glasses with a slice of lemon or lime and sugar on the rim.
