Quick Sour Cream Ice Cream

Ingredients

1 pound sour cream

1 cup half-and-half

1 2/3 cups sugar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

  1. Combine sour cream and half-and-half. Whisk in the sugar and add in the lemon juice. Whisk to combine well and process in an ice cream machine.
