I wasn't sure if I would enjoy the snap pea/chive combination of flavors, but I was pleasantly surprised. (I happened to have those two items from my farm share this week, and was looking for an easy way to use both. This fit the bill!) Was also a pleasant change of pace from the ubiquitous stir-fry treatment of snap peas.
