I’ve been making these every summer for years. I love to share them with friends and coworkers because they get rave reviews every time! It’s my little secret that these are the simplest “fancy” cupcakes that I can make. I’ve already got all of the staples at home plus a giant mint plant. Usually the only things I need to buy are cream cheese and blueberries. I’d give them 6/5 stars if I could!
