Ingredients
2 cups frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen red seedless grapes
One 750-milliliter bottle red wine (such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir or Merlot), chilled
1/2 cup brandy, chilled
1/4 cup superfine sugar
3 cups ice
4 to 6 fresh strawberries
Directions
Special equipment:
small skewers- Place the frozen strawberries, blueberries, grapes, wine, brandy, superfine sugar and ice into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Cut the fresh strawberries in half and thread two pieces onto small skewers.
- Pour the frozen sangria into glasses and garnish with the skewered strawberries.
