I always feel like I'm wasting food, when I throw away broccoli stems.  So this time I stir fried them, and they are good.  Now when I meal prep for the week, I get 2 veggie dishes instead of 1 (broccoli crowns and stir fried stems)  I did not have have ginger root or fresh garlic on hand, so I used ground ginger and garlic power, I can't wait to try this with the fresh.
