Ingredients
6 potatoes, skin removed, cubed
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
1/2 cup Pecorino Romano
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Olive oil
Directions
- Season the potatoes with salt and pepper. Cover potatoes with the parsley, cheese, and bread crumbs. Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes. Bake in a 350 degree oven until brown and tender.
