Ingredients

1 English or 2 regular cucumbers, chopped

1/3 cup lowfat plain yogurt

2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and toss to combine. Serve room temperature or chilled.

I was surprised how a simple recipe like this can be so tasty. I used Greek yogurt and added tomatos and corn the next day. Will repeat this one many times
