Roasted Red Peppers with Balsamic and Basil

Ingredients

12 ounce jar of roasted red peppers

1/4 cup chopped or torn fresh basil leaves

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (preferably aged)

2 teaspoons olive oil

Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Lay roasted red pepper pieces on a serving plate. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients and serve.

Go to cooking school if you are so serious about your cooking or watch a different show which is geared to more involved recipes. Sometimes I just look for simple ideas that I would not have thought of myself and not every recipe in a cooking show has to be involved. It is nice to have something simple to go with something more involved. <br /> <br />Thank you, Robin, for being you and providing a variety of tastes and cooking levels to your show. I am a mother of 3 under 12 (two are 7 year old twins) and I look forward to simple. <br />
