I had about 4 cups of broccoli so I cut them into smaller pieces. I did a stir-fry in my wok and to cook the broccoli al dente, I covered it for about a minute at the end. It was perfect. I have 24 other broccoli recipes we've liked but always want to try new recipes. This was super easy and so tasty!! <br />GKM
