Ingredients

2 ripe beefsteak tomatoes, sliced crosswise into 1/4-inch thick rounds

Salt and ground black pepper

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

Directions

  1. Arrange sliced tomatoes on a serving dish. Season with salt and black pepper. Whisk together balsamic vinegar and honey and drizzle over tomatoes.
