I am only rating on the marinade. This was my first attempt of making wings and my husband couldn't stop raving! He even posted a picture to FB because he was so excited to share. I soaked the wings in the buttermilk and I believe that made them very tender. I used a different Sandra Lee recipe for the cooking method and baked them covered with foil. Then my adventurous husband talked me into making 4 sauces! We used one Sandra Lee sauce, sweet chili sauce, Sunny Anderson's honey bbq (my fav, Claire Robinson's dry rub from her bbq chicken, and a traditional Frank's Hot sauce. The sweet chili sauce didn't have enough heat for my hubby so he mixed in Frank's and loved it. If you don't have a grill you can definetily still make them in the oven.
