Ingredients

1 cup ice

2 ounces vodka

2 ounces pineapple juice

1/2-ounce melon liqueur

Frozen melon balls, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the vodka and pineapple juice. Shake. Strain into a martini glass. Slowly pour the melon liqueur into the glass. It will sink to the bottom. Garnish with frozen melon balls skewered on stir-sticks and serve immediately.

Made this for my blog (http://semi-edible.blogspot.com/) and was underwhelmed. It's good if you like melon (and the other reviewers are right, use Midori and not some cheap melon liquor).
