Naan-Style Flatbread

Ingredients

1 (14-ounce) can pizza crust

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon cumin seed

1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds

1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Remove pizza crust from can and unroll onto baking sheet. Using your hands, press out the dough until it is approximately 1/4-inch thick. Brush the dough with melted butter and sprinkle with seeds.
  3. Bake until lightly golden, about 10 to 12 minutes. Cut into serving size pieces.

Now im just gonna say that this is nothing like naan<br />NOW, you can use the canned pizza dough to replicate naan though<br />if you do want to make naan at home using canned pizza dough, heres what you do, cut the dough into pretty triangles, and cook it on a VERY hot skillet for about 45 seconds to 1 minute on each side<br />Brush with melted butter and top with toasted fennel and or nigella seeds.
