Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
4 sirloin steaks
Salt and pepper
Directions
- Heat flat skillet, add two tablespoons of butter. Season steaks with salt and pepper on both sides and brown in skillet on medium heat for about 5 minutes on both sides.
