Honeydew Tropic Freeze

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds chopped honeydew melon, about 1/2 medium melon

1 (15-ounce) can cream of coconut

Rum

Crushed ice

Directions

  1. Put the melon, cream of coconut, rum, to taste, and about 2 cups of crushed ice in a blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into serving glasses and serve.

"Excellent frozen delight"  We froze the melons and added lots of Malibu and Bacardi Rums-everything else to the recipe. We used our Margaritaville machine. They were better than most bars, superb!
