Sunny's Nunya Business Buffalo Chicken Garlic Bread Pizza

Ingredients

Crust:

8 slices frozen garlic Texas toast, thawed

Sauce:

1 cup marinara sauce

1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce

1 teaspoon honey

Topping:

2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (I like Good & Gather here)

One 4-ounce can diced green chiles, drained

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

To Finish:

Ranch dressing and cold beer, optional

Directions

  1. For the crust: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with nonstick aluminum foil.
  2. Arrange the slices of Texas toast in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix the sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the marinara, wing sauce and honey.
  4. For the topping: In a medium bowl, toss together the chicken, chiles, blue cheese and wing sauce.
  5. Build the pizzas. Top each toast with some of the sauce, then the chicken mixture and a sprinkle of mozzarella.
  6. Return the pizzas to the oven and bake until the cheese is golden and bubbly, about 8 minutes. Serve with a drizzle of ranch dressing (and a cold beer, if you like).
