1 cup of flour

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 1/2 cups of seltzer water

Salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Use as batter for meats and vegetables.

Very good! So light and crunchy. Used with pieces of cod. Dipped in flour before batter. Heated oil to 360-370 and cooked for 5 minutes total flipping halfway. Delicious!
