2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon light sesame oil

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

The recipe is fine, but what is up with the name? I would consider this a more Japanese recipe based on ingredients, what would make this Thai? Got a recipe for some German Italian sauce to go with my pasta?
