Ingredients

16 ounces champagne or sparkling wine

4 ounces pink grapefruit juice 

4 ounces pineapple juice 

Grapefruit twists, for garnish 

Directions

  1. Fill each champagne flute with 4 ounces of champagne followed by 1 ounce of pink grapefruit juice and 1 ounce of pineapple juice. Garnish each flute with a grapefruit twist.

Oh yeah.  This is what I'm talking about!  I found little 4-pks of champagne, about $8.00 at the liquor store and for two cocktails, one of these little bottles is perfect.  I also buy the little cans of pineapple juice just for these cocktails.  I can't find little cans of grapefruit juice anymore though.  Anyhow, you don't have to open a big bottle of champagne if there are just two of you.
