Ingredients
1/4 cup dessert or aperitif wine, chilled
2 tablespoons sugar
One 6-ounce container raspberries
Juice and peels of 1 lime
One 750-milliliter bottle prosecco, chilled
Directions
- Add the wine, sugar, raspberries, lime juice and 1 piece of lime peel to a blender. Puree until smooth. Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of the puree into a champagne flute, then top with prosecco and a piece of lime peel. Repeat with the remaining glasses.
