Maple-Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup maple syrup 

3 tablespoons olive oil 

2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce 

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper 

Four 6-ounce salmon fillets, skin off 

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, maple syrup, olive oil, teriyaki sauce and some salt and pepper. Whisk until fully combined.
  3. Arrange the salmon in a single layer in a baking dish. Brush the glaze over the fish, coating evenly. Bake until the fish is cooked through, about 15 minutes.

Very easy to make and takes no time at all. I served with oven baked broccoli and white rice. Poured the extra glaze over the salmon and rice when plated and tasted great.
