Ingredients
2 pounds red new potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, coat potatoes with oil; sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.
- Spread out on a baking sheet and bake in a 375 degree preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes until golden.
