Yummm! I am lucky enough to be able to pluck the cucumber, mint, and dill straight out my garden. This tzatziki is incredibly delicious and fresh. The strained yogurt is definitely worth the time. I also added a little splash of white wine vinegar to add a little tang. Delicious!
