Ingredients

2 scallions, finely chopped

1 carrot, finely chopped

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

Directions

  1. Combine vegetables and cheese in food processor. Puree until smooth. As an alternative, soften cheese in microwave for 30 seconds and stir in vegetables.
