A friend made this and i love it! Will be making it for myself. It reminds me of German tee wurst without the lightly smoked flavour. Enjoyed on open-faced black bread with thinly sliced onions. Thank you for metric measurements! What does one do to measure 1.8 or 2.3oz? Is that ounces by volume or weight (i presume weight since the corresponding measure is grams)? Who measures water by weight? FYI, 55g of water is 55ml.
