Karla Q.

I was in a hurry trying to find something quick to prepare. I came across this recipe and thought it would make for a great light meal, in terms of just having to make a quick white rice to accompany the fish. I did not follow all the steps for the first 5 pieces and instead poured the mix over the fish as it baked. It turned out 100x better than the sautéed ones. it had a very weird taste (the sautéed ones) and I almost puked. I guess I'll be using my own version of the recipe from now on. The concept of the recipe is a very great one but it doesn't deliver the best tasting Whiting.
