The picture-perfect sundae can be found at Ice Cream Smuggler in Cape Cod. During his summers at Cape Cod, Ming Tsai discovered Smugglers (and most of Cape Cod has). The hot fudge makes the sundae but the recipe is secret. Until then, enjoy all of Smuggler's flavors from apple pie to rum raisin.
