Barbecue Street is an old-school Georgia BBQ joint stuck in its ways. With their business dwindling, restaurant consultant Monti Carlo and a group of elite Yelp reviewers step in with hidden cameras to see what's really going wrong. The reviews are shocking and so is the surveillance footage, which reveals the reason Barbecue Street's 'cue is tough, dry, and inedible. To get them out of this rut, she brings in BBQ expert Robby Royal to give them the latest techniques and help revamp a few dishes. Then, Monti invites another round of elite Yelp reviewers to see if the owners are able to break their bad habits.
