Spend the Holiday warming up with the Naked Chef as Jamie spends the Christmas season in New York City. Jamie gives us a behind the scenes look at New York's Danube restaurant with Chef David Bouley and whips up his Best Hot Chocolate.

Godfather
Jamie is to be godfather of a close friend, photographer David Loftus's daughter and has offered to cook the Christening dinner. Jamie will cook this special celebration meal in David's boathouse after shopping for fruit and veg in Borough market.

The Band
Jamie cooks for his reunited band after their biggest gig in weeks. He makes Vegetable Tempura with Dipping Sauce, Thai Green Chicken Curry and Tomato, Cucumber and Coconut salad.

Curryfest
When Jules goes away for the weekend, it's the perfect opportunity for a curry with the lads. After picking up tips from Rasca chef Das Sreedharan, and shopping for fish and spices in West London, Jamie cooks the most spectacular curry.

Jamie cooks up a feast for his girlfriend by making Sea Bass Baked in a Bag with Herbs and Red Onion with Fennel and Radish Salad. Plus, New Potatoes Cooked with Dill and Olive Oil. For dessert, a wickedly rich Baked Chocolate Tart.

Italian Job
Jamie & old friend Gennaro Contaldo head off to the New Forest to meet another enthusiastic Italian, Mauro Bregoli. Using food gathered from the wild by Gennaro and Bregoli, Jamie cooks up a fantastic Italian feast.

Reunion
Jamie plans a reunion supper for Tim, a friend from the restaurant where Jamie got his first break. He makes a Mozzarella and Leaf Salad with Peaches and Prosciutto, Roasted Sea Bream with a Salsa Verde side, and a Chocolate Nut Torte.

Girls Girls Girls
Jamie's girlfriend, Jules, has planned a girls' night out clubbing and persuades him to join them. At the night's end, Jamie makes a breakfast of Risotto with Peas, Mint and Prawns, and finishes everything off with a delicious Chocolate Pot.

Perfect Day
Jamie Oliver's idea of a perfect day is to go-carting with the lads, followed by a romantic dinner for two. Faced instead with a feast for hungry racers, Jamie makes carpaccio of beef with chili, ginger, radish, soy sauce, accompanied by a Thai noodle salad.

Going To The Dogs
Jamie and some mates head into north-east London to spend the evening greyhound racing at Walthamstow's famous dog track. Jamie makes Farfalle with Savoy Cabbage, Pancetta, Pine Nuts and Mozzarella. Plus, Tray-baked Pork Chops with Herb Potatoes and Parsnips.

Picnic At The Pier
Jamie entertains his two young cousins with a day out at the British seaside. He packs a picnic basket with "Fantastic" Roast Chicken, Moroccan Chickpea Flatbread with Marinated Couscous and Grilled Vegetable Salad, and refreshing smoothies for dessert.

A Bun In The Oven
Jamie Oliver's sister and her husband hold a celebratory supper (Jamie is going to become an uncle). Taking the prospect very seriously, he cooks up a hearty meal consisting of fish pie with baked carrots made with cumin, thyme, butter, and Chardonnay.

Birthday Barbeque
Jamie's throws his best buddy from Australia, Ben, a party to remember with an indoor BBQ. On the menu are Boiled Potatoes with Avocado and Watercress Salad and more.

Wedding Bells
Before Jamie and Jules' wedding, they throw a feast for their families. Menu: Linguine with Pancetta, Clams and White Wine, Salmon Wrapped in Prosciutto, Served Lentils, Baby Spinach and Yogurt Dressing, Baked Fennel with Garlic and Vermouth, and Passion Fruit and Campari.
