About Brigitte Malivert
Brigitte is a freelance writer for Food Network and has been creating and contributing recipes for three years. She is now working as a Pastry Sous Chef at Marea in New York. Her influences and inspiration stem from her Haitian upbringing and her time studying pastry at Ferrandi Paris. On her days off, Brigitte loves watching cooking shows and making cakes to celebrate her loved ones.
