Unexpected and FANTASTIC! I added just a dusting of Cinnamon and fresh ground Nutmeg to the Banana after the Creme Fraiche was put on top. Wonderful, simple, easy, I will be doing this a lot over the summer!

So delicious and so simple to make! I don't grill, so I simply tossed the halved banana onto a nonstick pan and it caramelized beautifully in just a few minutes. I also really appreciate that this dessert is light and healthful. Thanks Bobby.
