This is a great recipe - but for us, we made a few alterations. Instead of using buffalo mozzarella, we used small fresh mozzarella balls. We have used these as appetizers and as a dinner side. Either way, they were quite tasty. Our grandchildren even liked them! Summertime is the best for this with incredible yellow sun gold cherry tomatoes mixed in with the reds.

This was a great recipe. I did a variation of this recipe using marinated baby mozzarella. I was a bit less work and more flavor. It was a big hit at my party!
