- Insert lollipop sticks into jelly doughnut holes.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Dip the doughnuts partway in the chocolate.
- Sprinkle the warm chocolate with blue and white nonpareils. Let the skewers set.
