Ingredients
  • 1 hot house cucumber, thinly sliced, or shaved
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
Directions

Put the cucumber, lemon juice, and oil in a small bowl, and toss. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
