- 1 hot house cucumber, thinly sliced, or shaved
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Put the cucumber, lemon juice, and oil in a small bowl, and toss. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
