Citrus Salsa

Yield:
1 1/2 cups salsa
Ingredients
  • 3 oranges-cut the pith and peel off and remove the fruit in segments
  • 3 lemons-cut the pith and peel off and remove the fruit in segments
  • 2 grapefruits-cut the pith and peel off and remove the fruit in segments.
  • 1 tablespoon chopped serrano peppers
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
Directions

In a bowl, combine orange, lemon, and grapefruit sections with peppers, mint, shallots, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix and season. Serve atop your favorite fish.
