This is coffee that drinks like a dessert. Cold coffee, sweetened condensed milk and a touch of almond extract are frozen and scraped together create a slushie consistency. Top with more cold coffee and drink immediately.
Whisk together the cold coffee, sweetened condensed milk and almond extract. Pour into an 8-inch square baking dish; freeze until icy around the edges, about 45 minutes.
Use a fork to scrape the crystals toward the center of the baking dish, then continue freezing, scraping every 30 minutes, until frozen, about 4 hours.
Scoop the slushie into glasses and top with more cold coffee.
