This is a twist on the Negroni Sbagliato, which traditionally combines Campari, sweet vermouth and a dry sparkling wine such as Prosecco, in place of gin. For this version, we have added fresh blood orange juice and use a rosé sparkling wine, both providing a touch of sweetness and color.
Stir the Campari, sweet vermouth and blood orange juice in a shaker with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass; top with sparkling rosé. Garnish with a blood orange slice.
