Classic Negroni

The classic Negroni consists of equal parts Campari, sweet vermouth and gin. They are stirred together with ice in a mixing glass until chilled, before pouring over more ice for serving. Customize the Negroni to your taste by slightly adjusting the amounts of any of the three ingredients.
