This twist on the classic Negroni is still gin-based, but the Campari and sweet vermouth have been replaced by Lillet Blanc and Cocchi Americano Bianco. This is a refreshing, light variation which still has slight bitter and sweet notes, making it perfect for a lover of the classic looking for a change of pace.
NEW: You can now switch to Cook Mode to keep your screen awake.
Directions
Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc and Cocchi Americano Bianco in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Stir until cold, about 20 seconds, then strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with the rosemary sprig.
